This Sunday, as we observe the Lord's Supper, we are singing a new song written by Graham Kendrick, Keith Getty, and Kristyn Getty called "My Worth is Not in What I Own." Today the world and sadly many Christians believe that worth is found in oneself. "My Worth is Not in What I Own" contradicts this proposition and claims that worth must be found in Christ. The fifth verse claims a powerful and profound truth,

"Two wonders here that I confess
My worth and my unworthiness
My value fixed my ransom paid
At the cross."

Keith Getty wrote an article on this modern hymn for The Gospel Coalition that is linked below. I encourage you to take some time to read it and begin to prepare your heart to Worship through this powerful song on Sunday.
