From Stress to Rest

Question: Why did Jesus teach so much about money?

Answer: Because money is a leading indicator of our worries and our worship. 

The KEY text for this series is: 

Luke 16:11 (NLT),  "And if you are untrustworthy about worldly wealth, who will trust you with the true riches of heaven? 12 And if you are not faithful with other people’s things, why should you be trusted with things of your own? 13 “No one can serve two masters. For you will hate one and love the other; you will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and be enslaved to money.”

SERIES FINALE: Sunday, March 17th: Stress to Rest Stewardship Workshops with special Guests: Rich Todd and David Graff from the Alliance Orchard Foundation. Two workshops will be offered: 

10:35 - 11:30 a.m. - During Connections (this seminar is geared primarily, but not exclusively, for the 55+ crowd). 

4:30 - 6:00 p.m. (includes pizza, salad, baby-sitting), at the Central Elementary Atrium. This stewardship seminar is geared for younger families (but everyone is welcome).
